Why it was killed
AI chatbots (ChatGPT, Claude) can generate email signatures on demand. No moat, no defensibility. Unlike PDF processing or image manipulation, signature generation is pure text — exactly what LLMs are good at.
Killed: 2026-03-19 (same day it was built). Owner confirmed kill.
Lesson learned: Before building, ask “can an AI chatbot do this?” If yes, don’t build it. Focus on tools that require real file processing — things chatbots fundamentally cannot do.
